Comprehensive Recovery and Utilization System of Antimony Gold Concentrate in (II)

The comprehensive recovery system of antimony-containing arsenic gold concentrate is mainly to carry out the pretreatment of antimony-containing gold concentrate, and the leaching rate of the margin is divided into three subsystems:
1.200t/d antimony gold separation flotation subsystem. The process adopted is our company's unique patented invention technology (a production method for comprehensive recovery of antimony-rich gold concentrate). The process can make the flotation recovery rate of antimony reach more than 90%. The gold concentrate after separation of antimony and gold is returned to the existing "arsenic-containing gold concentrate comprehensive recovery system" to recover precious metals such as gold, and the resulting antimony concentrate is sold directly.
2.4000t/a cathode antimony comprehensive recovery subsystem. The system adopts advanced alkaline wet process, which can realize the effective removal of antimony from gold concentrate, and the gold concentrate after antimony removal is returned to the company's existing "arsenic-containing gold concentrate comprehensive recovery system" to recover precious metals such as gold and silver, and at the same time produce electrolytic antimony (antimony content ≥ 92%), by-product sodium sulfide nine water.
3, 4500t/a antimony refining deep processing subsystem. This system is to add the cathode antimony into the reverberatory furnace, remove a small amount of impurities in the cathode antimony, get qualified refined antimony, cast ingot to get refined antimony ingot.
The refined antimony ingot is added to the antimony white furnace and heated to a molten state, and then antimony vapor is produced, and the antimony vapor oxidation reaction generates antimony trioxide dust, which is collected and packaged by pulse cloth bags to obtain antimony trioxide products, which can further increase the output value of antimony.

    

(III) Multi-element Mineral Comprehensive Recovery and Utilization System

The project covers an area of 150 mu, with a total investment of 0.7 billion yuan, including 0.245 billion yuan in fixed assets, and a 200-ton/day comprehensive recovery system for refractory gold concentrate. It was officially put into operation in 2012. At present, it has an annual output of 2.5 tons of gold, 3 tons of silver and 50000 tons of industrial sulfuric acid, with an annual output value of 0.7 billion yuan. Using the international classic two-stage roasting, dearsenic desulfurization oxidation reduction, purification, two-turn two-suction acid, cyanide leaching, zinc powder replacement and other advanced production processes, and grafting the original technology developed by the company, it can successfully process various refractory gold concentrates containing high arsenic, antimony, carbon, etc., and comprehensively recover valuable metals and non-metals in gold concentrates. The whole production process adopts information technology and closed-loop management, which is safe, environmentally friendly and reliable, and fully realizes the comprehensive utilization of resources and clean production.
At present, the system is undergoing technical upgrading and transformation, and has achieved initial success, that is, two-stage roasting is changed to one-stage roasting. Gold concentrate is directly sold to the outside world after desulfurization and arsenic removal. The flue gas enters the acid system, and the collected arsenic trioxide crude products are refined and purified by the newly-built "arsenic-containing soot reprocessing and utilization system". All products are exported and have excellent development prospects.

 

(IV) Industrial Hazardous Waste Comprehensive Recycling System

The project is the "13th Five-Year Plan" project for the construction of hazardous waste disposal facilities in Shandong Province, and has obtained the "hazardous waste business license qualification". The system mainly treats cyanide-containing tailings (HW33) from the company's comprehensive recovery system for arsenic-containing gold concentrates, as well as various copper-containing hazardous wastes (HW17, HW22, HW48). The system adopts the environmental protection side blowing smelting technology, through the copper matte to capture the gold and silver and other precious metals in the material, not only can the cyanide-containing gold tailings completely harmless, but also can comprehensively recover the gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, antimony, iron and other valuable metals in the wet gold smelting waste and metallurgical solid waste resources, and realize the comprehensive utilization of resources.
